There was a birthday quite recently - and I wouldn't like it to go unnoticed...so let me share some of the pics with you! This first does not require much explanation and this way you know where we've spent the most beautiful day of the year.
I was fascinated by the cast iron thingy up there - I certainly wouldn't climb up the wall if this was waiting on top! 
No ships this time - this is actually the pond in the middle of Luxembourg...not completely empty :)
...and this one is a romantic shot by tarelle - happy (retrospective) bday and plenty of romantic photos to come!!!

Thank you so much for your kindness and attention ! I love to be loved (another subject of deep thoughts to be discussed soon, maybe), and be loved by you my dear fellows, it's just downright what should be.
And you know what? I already went back to Paris these last few days ! (it must be the closest two times I went to the ville-lumière in the last 2 years...) I thought of you all and particularly of that picture you lynx took with the iron cast and the Eiffel tower. I had no idea it was such a great picture! Thank you for turning it into a gift! You have such a great artistic sense!
I think I am going to enjoy the moments in-between, thank you all!

you're welcome all! it's curios that all photos are without green tones - believe it or not, there was plenty of green everywhere!
