Cheesy

Another food-related topic: do you like cheese? The stinky, mushy, but tasty ones?
I bet you do, you Francophones should.
Here is my favorite : Mont d'Or I just learned that it can be warmed and used as a single-cheese fondue in its own wooden box! Whoa, I wish...

What is your taste? The hard yellow ones? Brie? Blue? Or a good feta?
And the good old Palpusztai? (Hey Tarelle, have you had the luck to taste that Hungarian specialty?)

I found a quite good one recently (it's a challenge over here, believe me!), and realised it is made in Germany so you might have the chance to find it somewhere in Europe: it is called Limburger

So here is one more thing I might be able to share with you in spite of the distance.

mesesajt is a cheese just by its name...pff. I love the cheeseplates she (i) makes! we are now officially lightyears away from "Trappista", "Pannonia", "Karavan", "Aniko" and the likes! :-D

my favourites would be camembert and brie, the not-so-ripe ones (so now you can see I am still far from being French) and the fresh goat-cheese stuff. Absolute favourite: St Maure.

I am sure tarelle will tell us some more about Mont d'Or - have you already discovered its side-effects? :-)
